Automatic
Renewal of Trial Membership
All Trial Memberships shall renew, after the
trial period ends, automatically and without
notice, to the Membership chosen during the
registration process and shall renew at the
same term, automatically and without notice
from the date the initial registration began.
Monthly
Renewing Memberships
Monthly Memberships are non-refundable. All
Monthly Memberships shall renew, automatically
and without notice, for successive periods
of approximately one (1) month, commencing
upon the expiration of the Paid Trial Membership,
and continuing thereafter for successive periods
of approximately one (1) month, unless and
until this Agreement is canceled by You or
the Company in accordance with the terms hereof.
Each period of approximately one (1) month
shall be referred to as the "Monthly
Membership Period." You may cancel your
Monthly Membership at any time during the
month. If you choose this option, your subscription
will expire 30 days from the last payment.
Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation
will not be refunded. 1weekdetoxdietplan.com will
terminate the membership at the time of refund.
Cancellation
by Company
1weekdetoxdietplan.com may, at any time and at
its sole discretion, cancel any Paid Trial
Membership, Monthly Membership, Annual Membership,
or free membership provided, however, if the
Company cancels any Membership prior to its
expiration, the Company shall provide a refund
according to the policies set forth in this
agreement.
Annual
Renewing Membership Modification
1weekdetoxdietplan.com reserves the right to revise
the terms of this Refund Policy. Any changes
made will apply to all memberships created
or renewed after the date such change was
implemented.
Credit
Card Charges Authorized

charge your credit card (which you hereby

page) to pay for the ongoing Membership Fees

liable for all charges incurred by you during

liability for such charges shall continue
after termination of your membership.
Automatic
Credit Card or Debit Card Debit
All charges to your credit card or debit card
for the Paid Trial Membership and/or the Monthly
Membership, under the terms and conditions of
this Agreement, will be made in advance by automatic
credit card or debit card debit and you hereby

process such transactions on your behalf.
